We charge a $49.95* for trip and diagnostics and then provide a complete repair cost (parts and labor) or we can work on a bid price. Our work will always be repaired or installed at the quoted price. No surprises.
Our hourly rate is $60.00* for the 1st half hour then $60.00* per hour thereafter plus parts. We charge in 15 minute blocks so after the 1st half hour each additional quarter hour is billable.
* Emergency, after hours, and weekends are $60.00 for trip and diagnostics and hourly rate is time and a half at $90 per hour plus parts.

We also offer yearly maintence contracts for residential furnaces, residential air conditioners, and lite-commercial rooftop units. This included inspection, cleaning, and certified furnaces for residential buy or sell.
